This is a short post because our closing agent Connie, at All Yacht Documentation, made the closing on Lollipop easy. Her job is as an attorney in a real estate closing.
She was on the ball, giving me a list of exactly what she needed. After some follow-up questions in a few days, the closing was handled, and Lollipop is ours.
